Across the U.S., classical music seems to be a slowly growing as a method to combat crime in urban cities. Just recently I read a article about how the city of Hartford, CT wants to play music in Barnard Park in hopes of getting rid of the drug dealers and hookers who hang out there. What do you think of this idea?

I went to see Linkin Park last spring, playing live in Prague, and the opening guest, 30 Seconds to Mars, played a recording of an amazing classical piece. I REALLY want to know the name of this song, or the composer, so if anyone can help, it would be much appreciated.
